(1) The above fees apply to classes held in Orlando, Florida and other sites around the Continental U.S. Fees for classes held overseas may vary and will be established based on actual costs.
(2) Discounts for previously attended courses ($25 each) may reduce the above fees by as much as $100.
* The TIPS007 program combines the previous Phase I and Phase II courses. Individuals who attended a separate Phase I or Phase II course and who wish to complete the other phase can either (1) attend the applicable portion of the Combined Phase I and II course at a 40% discount from the regular fee. Those attending only the Phase I portion will attend the first three days of the course and those attending the Phase II portion will attend on Thursday and Friday, or (2) attend The Protocol Forum and Annual Refresher course at the regular fee. A limited number of seats (3 per class) will be available at the reduced rate in the Combined Phase I & II classes.
** The TIPS009 Phase IV/Advanced Studies course combines the previous Phase IV and TIPS009 courses into one 5-day program. Individuals who attended a separate Phase IV or TIPS009 course and who wish to complete the other program can attend the 5-day course for $500 rather than the full fee of $890. A limited number of seats (3 per class) will be available at this rate.
