Dress for the class is casual civilian wear. Slacks, shirts, jeans, blouses, sweatshirts are appropriate. Uniforms, coats and ties, etc. are not necessary. The course fee is payable by purchase order (SF 182 or DD Form 1556), cash, check, VISA MasterCard, and AMEX including corporate and government IMPAC/GPC and travel cards.  The fee does not have to be pre-paid.  Payments will be accepted at the class or invoiced afterward.

Lodging is available at the The DoubleTree by Hilton Nashville Downtown under our group code for  $134.00 per night.  To make a reservation, click on the button above or please call the hotel at 1-615-244-8200 and indicate that you are making a group reservation under "JMAR Protocol Training, May 14 - 17."  Lodging reservations should be made as soon as possible but no later than April 30, 2012, which is the date our course room block cuts off (registration for this class can still be completed up to the starting date of the class; the cutoff date shown applies only to our hotel room block, although rooms usually remain available after that date ). We can often work with the hotel to release additional rooms for the class.

In addition, the following restaurants are located within a short walk of the hotel:  Capital Grille serves: Lunch &  Dinner. A well-known and popular tradition, one of the best steaks in town!  The Cheesecake Factory serves: Lunch &  Dinner and Hog Heaven (Souther Cusine) serves: Lunch &  Dinner. Many other local popular reataurants are located througout the downtown area and along the riverfront.

Participants should arrange their air travel to Nashville International Airport (BNA) to arrive on or before May 13. The airport is located 10 miles East of the DoubleTree and has a full range of on-airport and off-airport rental car agencies.   In addition, transportation is available though the "Greyline Downtown Airport Express" every 30 minutes. In addition there is a free downtown Tourist Bus System one block from the DoubleTree for travel to and from the Downtown Attractions.
