Dress for the class is casual civilian wear. Slacks,
shirts, jeans, blouses, sweatshirts are appropriate. Uniforms, coats and
ties, etc. are not necessary.

Hotel Las Vegas, our group rate of $99.00 per night. To make a

or call the hotel at 1-702-795-2800 and indicate that you are making a
group reservation under "JMAR Protocol Training & Consulting, Mar 12 -
16, 2012." Lodging reservations should be made as soon as possible
but no later than February 11, 2012, which is the date our course room
block cuts off (registration for this class can still be completed up to
the starting date of the class; the cutoff date shown applies only to
our hotel room block, although rooms usually remain available after that
date). If you attempt to make a reservation, but are told no rooms
remain, please contact

or 1-301-920-4301. We can often work with the hotel to release additional
rooms for the class, however, at this hotel it may be hard to get additional
reservations at our Group Rate. The Embassy Suites Hotel offers all guests all two room suites, "Complimentary Cooked-to-Order Breakfast", a daily "Managers Reception" from 5:30 - 7:30pm,Casual continental cuisine at its best is available from 11am until 11pm, 7 days a week at the aptly named Three Palms Cafe and also provides room service. A gift shop, business center, outdoor pool, and shuttle service to and from the airport and the Las Vegas Strip. Wireless and high-speed Internet access in all guest rooms for $9.95 per day. Other restaurants in the area include, Hard Rock Cafe, Hamada's, Lowry's, Gordon Biersch, McCormick & Schmidt and PF Chang's China Bistro.
A complimentary ice breaker will be held
from 4:00-6:00 p.m., March 12 at the Embassy Suites for all class
participants. Dress is very casual.
