Dress for the class is casual civilian wear. Slacks, shirts, jeans, blouses, sweatshirts are appropriate. Uniforms, coats and ties, etc. are not necessary. 

The course fee is payable by purchase order (SF 182 or DD Form 1556), cash, check, VISA MasterCard, and AMEX including corporate and government IMPAC/GPC and travel cards.  The fee does not have to be pre-paid.  Payments will be accepted at the class or invoiced afterward. Complimentary services will include breaks, a reception/mixer, and a luncheon.

Lodging is available at the Holiday Inn Orlando International Airport at the federal per diem rate of $117 (FY 2010 federal per diem rate). To make a reservation, please call the hotel at 1-407-851-6400 and indicate that you are making a group reservation under "JMAR Management & Training, March 22-26."  Lodging reservations should be made as soon as possible but no later than February 28, 2010, which is the date our course room block cuts off (registration for this class can still be completed up to the starting date of the class; the cutoff date shown applies only to our hotel room block, although rooms usually remain available after that date ). We can often work with the hotel to release additional rooms for the class.

The Holiday Inn offers all guests complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access in all guest rooms. To take advantage of this service, your computer must be equipped with wireless (Wi-Fi) capability . The Holiday Inn features the Bristol Café which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and provides room service, a gift shop, business center, and shuttle service to and from the airport.  In addition, the following restaurants are located within a 5-minute walk of the hotel:  TGI Friday, Chili's, Hooters,Tony Roma's, and Denny's. Class participants staying at the Holiday Inn Orlando Int'l Airport receive a complimentary full breakfast buffet* each morning of the class, normally a $10.95 charge.

A complimentary ice breaker will be held  from 4:00-5:30 p.m., March 22 at the Holiday Inn for all class participants. Dress is very casual.  There will also be a complimentary buffet luncheon for all participants on March 24 at the Holiday Inn.

Participants should arrange their air travel to Orlando International Airport (MCO) to arrive on or before March 21. The airport is located 2 miles south of the Holiday Inn and has a full range of on-airport and off-airport rental car agencies.
