If the registration process does not work (which sometimes happens on networks with firewalls), you can email your registration including the information below, or complete the blanks below, print the page, and fax it to 1-407-282-5315.

For individuals who have previously completed Phase I or Phase II only:
If you have previously completed a Phase I or Phase II course and are registering to attend a TIPS007 Combined Phase I & II course to complete only the phase you are missing, you will be scheduled to attend Monday through Wednesday for Phase I or Thursday and Friday for the Phase II portion.  Your course fee will be reduced and reflected on your confirmation.

For individuals who have previously completed a 3 or 3-1/2 day Phase IV or TIPS009 Advanced Studies course:
If you have previously attended a 3-day Phase IV or 3-1/2 day TIPS009 course and are registering to attend a TIPS009 Phase IV/Advanced Studies course, you will receive a discount of 40% off the regular fee.  You will, however, be scheduled to attend the full 5-day program.  Your adjusted course fee will be shown on your confirmation.
