Four-Phase Certificate and Transcript

Individuals who attend all phases of our training program, will receive a program Certificate of Training and consolidated transcript reflecting 80-88 hours of attendance.

The certificate of training and transcript will be presented to qualifying individuals at the final phase attended.  As a special accommodation for those individuals who previously completed a separate Phase I or Phase II program, these individuals may either attend the missing portion of the Combined Phase I & II course (Phase I on Monday through Wednesday or Phase II on Thursday and Friday), or they may attend our The Protocol Forum and Annual Refresher course to receive credit for the missing phase.
